Story-based Quests & Challenges : Having a storyline in a game keeps the learner engaged and curious about what happens next. It also builds social connections and influences behaviour. Stories should be made relevant and purposeful, else it fails to resonate with the audience. There can also be challenges, quests or missions which are time-bound one must complete. ## Gamification benefits & real-life application in organizations: While expanding its business globally - Domino’s needed an engaging and effective training program for their staff to maintain high-quality food and services across all its locations. They introduced a gamified learning system to train and assess their employees on skills. They introduced game-like elements such as levels, scoring system, leaderboards, and virtual simulation to motivate and make the learning interactive.
